JNB Apiaries began right here in Simsbury, Connecticut, growing from a simple passion for bees and the land into a dedication to producing high-quality Connecticut raw honey. What started as a small hobby with just a handful of hives quickly turned into something more as a love for beekeeping, sustainability, and local agriculture took root.

Today, JNB Apiaries focuses on caring for healthy, thriving colonies throughout the Simsbury area, producing pure, raw honey that reflects the local flowers, fields, and seasons of Connecticut. Each jar is minimally processed to preserve the natural enzymes, pollen, and flavor that make local honey so special.
